AUGUSTA — Gov. Paul LePage and his wife are serving up refreshments and giving short tours of the Blaine House for the second straight week as part of a food drive to help needy Mainers put food on the table.

People are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items to the governor’s residence between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The three-week drive ends next Saturday, when the governor and his wife again open up the Blaine House to collect food.

The donated food is being given to the Good Shepherd Food Bank.
