Democracy means the right to vote. Why is it that all the efforts to discourage people from voting are initiated by Republicans?

Efforts such as sending threatening letters to citizens questioning their eligibility to vote, monitoring voting lines, passing laws that require multiple steps to validate a citizen’s voting eligibility can all be traced to Republicans.

What are Republicans afraid of when the majority of Americans vote? Perhaps it’s that they can’t get elected by the majority.

I believe our forefathers fought for a democracy where the majority rules. Before voting this year make sure the candidate you choose supports expanding, not limiting the right to vote.
