GREENVILLE — A daughter, Adela-Rose Rachel Cates, was born at 6:56 a.m. Oct. 17 at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover Foxcroft to Chad and Alaina Cates. She weighed 7 pounds and measured 19.5 inches in length.
She was welcomed by her big sister. Grandparents are the late George and Lorraine Cates, and Brian and Rachel Wheeler and Brian and Monika Frigon.

WATERVILLE — A son, Alexander Daniel Parsons, was born Oct. 26, at Inland Hospital in Waterville to Jessica Brummel and David Parsons of Waterville.
He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 21 inches long.
Grandparents are Robert and Denise Brummel of Winslow, Jim and Tammy Auclair of Fairfield, and Dan and Bonnie Parsons of Unity Plantation.
