WINTHROP — The Winthrop Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce seeks participants for its 28th annual holiday parade set for Saturday, Dec. 1, on Main Street.
Classic cars, dance troupes, floats, marching bands, music groups, scout troops and costumed characters are all needed. Musical groups and singers performing holiday tunes prior to the start of the parade are also encouraged to participate.
The parade will begin at 3:30 p.m., with participants lining up at the top of Main Street at 2:30 p.m. Snow date will be Sunday, Dec. 2.
