FARMINGTON — The United Way of the Tri-Valley Area and the Fairbanks School Neighborhood Association will host the Great Charity Auction Saturday at the North Dining Hall at University of Maine Farmington. The event is sponsored by Pond Road Small Engine Repair, Franklin Chrysler, Inc., Western Mountain Financial Services, and Hight Chevrolet Buick GMC.
Festivities will begin with an early-bird social and live auction preview from 5:30 o 6 p.m. featuring a cash bar and hors d’oeuvres. A silent auction is set for 5:30-7 p.m. with the live auction beginning at 6 p.m. Auctioneers will be Adrian Harris, and Dennis O’Neil.
Proceeds from the auction will benefit the community-based programs supported by the United Way of the Tri-Valley Area and the Fairbanks School Neighborhood Association.
