WATERVILLE — PFC Kristofor J. Huggins recently graduated from basic military training at Fort Sill, Okla.
He completed an intensive eight-week program in basic combat training, military discipline and studies, physical fitness, United States Army core values and basic warfare principles and skills.
He is a 2010 graduate of Waterville Senior High School.
Huggins is the son of Ellen and Buster Huggins of Waterville.
