At 5:19 a.m., Charlene Anne Nardone, 23, of Turner, was arrested on a warrant at the Kennebec County jail.

At 8:16 p.m., Thomas Crowley, 65, of Richmond, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear during a traffic stop on Main Street. Crowley also was charged with operating after suspension.

At 10:11 p.m., Kenneth Randall Stewart-Williams, 27, of Vassalboro, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police responding to a crash on Hannaford Hill.

West Gardiner
Nov. 5
Thomas Gagne, 25, was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop at the West Gardiner Service Plaza, off Lewiston Road. Gagne was a passenger in a car stopped by police after it entered the service plaza at a high rate of speed and squealed its tires.
The driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Winthrop
Wednesday
At 9:29 a.m., John P. Hughes, 31, of East Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear at the Winthrop police station, on Town Hall Lane. Hughes also was charged with theft.
