WISCASSET — The Lincoln County Historical Association recently approved a board and officers for the coming year at the association’s annual business meeting held at Le Gargage Restaurant.

Incoming president is Ed Kavanagh of Wiscasset. Merry Fossel of Alna will serve as vice president. Bill Brewer of Damariscotta will serve as treasurer and Chris Hopf-Lovette of Wiscasset as secretary.

Board members are Bobbi Brewer of Portland, Nate Clark of Dresden, Natalie House of Damariscotta, George Keyes of Waldoboro, Jeff Miller of Waldoboro, Perry Palmer of Brunswick, Darryn Petersen of Nobleboro, Faye Snyder of Wiscasset and Judith Sutter of Wiscasset. Linda Pope of Wiscasset is a new board member.

The association manages three historic properties: The 1761 Pownalborough Court House in Dresden, the 1811 Museum and Old Jail in Wiscasset and the 1754 Chapman-Hall House in Damariscotta.
