PALERMO — At a recent Palermo Library Guild meeting, Fred Davis was elected as a director of the Palermo Library Guild. As a director, he serves as the webmaster and maintains the library databases.

Davis and his wife, Linda, moved to Palermo in 1987, where they established a perennial nursery on Route 3. Both were members of the group who have been active participants in the community library for several of the ensuing years.

Library hours are: 2-7 p.m. Tuesdays, 3-6 p.m. Thursdays and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays. The following services are available: wireless internet access, interlibrary book loans, photocopier and community room.
