SALEM — Ian James scored 26 points and Amos Withee scored 17 points, including five 3-pointers, to lead the Mt. Abram boys basketball team to a 65-52 Mountain Valley Conference win over Carrabec in Salem.

Sol Fast chipped in with eight points for the Roadrunners (3-6).

Troy Dunphy led the Cobras (0-7) with 21 points while Richard Leighton scored 10.

Morse 45, MCI 32: Signe Ostergaard scored a game-high 14 points to lead the Shipbuilders to a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference B win over the Huskies.

Sadia Crosby added 10 points for Morse (3-5).

MCI (0-8) was led offensively by Brianna Losee, who scored 10 points. Katie Cronkite and Cassie Miller each added seven points.
