LIVERMORE FALLS — A health-care facility in the Livermore Falls region for more than 25 years soon relocate. The Western Maine Family Health Center will relocate Monday, Feb. 4, to the third floor of the Lamb Block, just next to the Chuck Wagon, according to a press release.

“We are very excited for this transition,” said practice manager Ann Barnett in the release. “It will be a smooth one and our patients will receive the same quality care they have come to expect in a brand new facility.”

Physician Craig Lewis, Family Nurse Practitioners Emma Ansara and CeCe Rohrbach, and Jessica Hopkins, LCSW, provide a full range of medical and behavioral health services, including 24-hour on-call emergency coverage.
