AUGUSTA — The National Guard recently announced the following promotions to the rank specified:
Maine Army National Guard
Kameel Farag, Sgt. 1st Class, of Oakland, Headquarters, Headerquarters Company, 133rd Engineer Battalion.
Nathan Johnson, Pvt. 2, of Mt. Vernon, 488TH Military Police Company.
Maine Air National Guard
Sean Wilbur, Senior Master Sgt., of Fairfield, 243rd Engineering and Installation Squadron.
Soldiers and airmen were promoted to rank in December 2012.
