BIDDEFORD/PORTLAND — Alivia Spicer was named to the 2012 fall semester dean’s list at the University of New England.
She is a freshman pre-med major. She is a 2012 Erskine Academy graduate.
Spicer is the daughter of Scott and Jill Spicer, of Vassalboro.
