UNITY — State police have arrested three people and are looking for a fourth in connection with a home invasion in Unity on Tuesday.

About 1 a.m., troopers responded to a report of a home invasion on Wanning Road in Unity, where three men had forced their way into a 72-year-old woman’s home, according to Department of Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland.

The victim was awakened from her sleep to find the men dressed in dark clothing in her bedroom, demanding drugs and money. The woman was not injured and was able to call 911 after the men took an undisclosed amount of cash and her cell phone.

Troopers said the intruders had bought gloves, bandanas and zip ties before the robbery, although the woman was not tied up.

Arrested and taken to the Waldo County Jail in Belfast were:

• Paige Lanctot, 19, of Skowhegan, charged with criminal conspiracy. She was free on $1,000 bail Saturday afternoon.

• Alexander Salvas, 18, of Skowhegan, and Bryan Gower, 22, of Waterville, were charged with burglary and robbery and were being held Saturday in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Lanctot and Salvas were arrested Tuesday in Skowhegan, and Gower was taken into custody Friday in Waterville, McCausland said.

Still being sought is Danny Green, 27, of the Waterville area, who will be charged with robbery and burglary. Green is a transient, described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds and having blond hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on Green’s whereabouts is asked to contact state police in Augusta at 624-7076, or 911.

Trooper Bethany Robinson and Trooper Elisha Fowlie are leading the investigation.
