NEWPORT — The Sebasticook Valley Chamber of Commerce will host its 2013 Trade Show and Community Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Sebasticook Valley Middle School.
Admission is $2 for adults and is free for children younger than 12. The event is free for anyone who brings a donation of a non-perishable food or useful product to be donated to local food cupboards.
There will be door prizes, drawings, food and more available.
Reservations for booth space are available. Both Chamber members and non-members are invited to showcase their business and services for area residents and other businesses.
Participants can display their business’ services or products and get to know other business owners. Inside and outside space is available.
Artisans and crafters are welcome and will be featured in the cafeteria. Crafters should supply their own tables, coverings or displays. Local vendors specializing in food products are especially welcome.
The event will also feature the annual bike safety rodeo for children, craft fair and farmers’ market.
