At 6:50 p.m., Israel D. Breton, 33, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, theft by unauthorized use, operating after habitual-offender revocation and theft by unauthorized taking by police responding to a report of a stolen vehicle on Sewall Street. Breton also was issued warrants charging him with violating conditions of release, domestic-violence terrorizing and domestic-violence assault.
3:13 p.m., Christopher Walter Lane, 26, of Mechanic Falls, was arrested on a warrant on State Street.
