MADISON — Madison Elementary kindergarten registration and screening will be Wednesday, April 10, and Thursday, April 11, by appointment for student who reside in Madison.
Children must be five years old on or before Oct. 15, 2013. Parents must bring child’s birth certificate, current immunization records and a copy of a four or five-year-old physical.
Family handbooks are also available at the school and parents are encouraged to pick one up prior to the child’s appointment.
