AUGUSTA — State energy officials say heating oil prices have fallen in Maine for the fourth week in a row.

The Governor’s Energy Office said Wednesday that its weekly price survey shows Mainers are paying average of $3.69 a gallon for No. 2 oil. That’s down 4 cents a gallon from a week ago and is 17 cents lower than this time last year.

Kerosene prices fell 5 cents to an average of $4.14 a gallon. Propane prices also declined, dropping 2 cents since last week, to $2.75 a gallon.
