AUGUSTA — Nancy Marshall, principal of Nancy Marshall Communications in Augusta, spoke about economic development marketing to the Maine State Broadband Capacity Building Task Force at the State Capitol on March 15.

Marshall was introduced by Chuck Lawton of Planning Decisions, who serves as staff to the task force.

The task force recommends regulatory, investment, and best practice strategies for expanding the availability and use of high-speed Internet in rural Maine.
