Arrests

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 11:58 a.m., Michelle Emelia Lancaster, 30, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant and for unpaid fines or fees.

10:38 a.m., Luke Brandon Park, 32, of Winslow, was arrested on a warrant.

3:26 p.m., Orlando Harry Perkins, 43, of Mercer, was arrested on the charge of unpaid fines or fees.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 2:58 p.m., Crystal T. Cougle, 20, of Waterville, was arrested at the Waterville Library on two warrants.

2:58 p.m., Michael Evans, 29, of Waterville, was arrested at the Waterville Library on two warrants.

Saturday at 1:12 a.m., Nicholas Clapperton, 23, of Waterville, was arrested on the charge of refusing to sign a criminal summons.
