WATERVILLE — The Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce on Thursday night issued annual business awards at the Waterville Elks Banquet & Conference Center.

More than 400 people attended the 50th annual awards dinner.

Peter Schutte, owner of ColorGraphics, was given the 2012 Business Person of the Year award; Delta Ambulance was awarded the 2012 Business of the Year award; and Megan Williams, of Hardy Girls Healthy Women, received the 2012 Rising Star Award.

Bert Languet, of Golden Pond Wealth Management, received the 2012 Outstanding Professional award; Michelle LePage, of Johnny’s Selected Seeds, the 2012 Customer Service Stardom Award; and Waterville Opera House, the 2012 Community Service Project of the Year award.

Shawn Michaud of Valley Distributors received the 2012 Elias A. Joseph Award; and Scott Bullock of MaineGeneral Health, the 2012 Distinguished Community Service Award.
