Arrests

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday, Ryan Brann, 25, of West Farmington, was arrested on a charge of theft.

Todd Dalrymple, 26, of Temple, was arrested on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

Monday, Michael Webber 30, of Vienna, was arrested on charges of violating a condition of release and operating after suspension.

Timothy Darnell, 36, of Freeman, was arrested on a charge of domestic-violence assault.

IN PALMYRA, Monday at 1:27 p.m., Lucas Mark Judkins, 29, of Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
