7 p.m., Brian M. Dyer, 23, of Augusta, was arrested on Crosby Street on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, criminal mischief and a probation violation.

At 1:48 a.m., Theodore J. Barry, 31, of Farmingdale, was arrested at Domino’s Pizza on Western Avenue and charged with operating under the influence.
