Brian L. Hodge, 35, of Winthrop, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 25 in Monmouth; 24-hour jail sentence, $3.50 restitution.
Christopher P. Lord, 38, of Augusta, assault April 25 in Augusta; $300 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.
Jennifer R. Thibeault, 23, of Augusta, theft of services Nov. 25, 2012, in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence, $66.05 restitution.
Justin M. Wildman, 25, of Augusta, criminal mischief April 28 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence, $300 restitution.
Zachary W. Wood, 20, of Augusta, operating under the influence Nov. 28, 2012, in Augusta; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.
