SKOWHEGAN — For any business in Somerset County looking to strengthen their knowledge and skills in customer service, there will be an advanced customer service training workshop to help provide a means to learn these techniques. This is an opportunity that will enable businesses to train their employees to use customer actions in helping their business grow. Being helmed by accomplished instructor Kathleen Lewia, this workshop will be open to any business that wants to register. Lewia is an experienced business owner who also instructs at Kennebec Valley Community College.

This workshop training will be held at two different times: May 16 in Skowhegan at the Skowhegan Community Center on 39 Poulin Drive, and May 22 in The Forks at Northern Outdoors, both from 1 to 4 p.m.
