At 4:25 p.m., Scott Stuart Shepherd, 49, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating probation and disorderly conduct by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct on State Street.

4:39 p.m., Ashley Charpentier, 26, of Somerville, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release, and on three arrest warrants.

At 2:23 p.m., James Michael Dieh, of Fort White, Fla., was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and refusing to sign a criminal summons by police responding to traffic complaints at Margaritas Mexican Restaurant on Western Avenue.
