FARMINGTON — Mount Blue Area Garden Club membership luncheon is planned for noon June 4.
Servers will be the ladies of Fairbanks Union Church. The menu will be a meat lasagna or a vegetable one, with salad, dessert and beverage.
Those who would like to attend are asked to send $10 to treasurer Marion Hutchinson, at 730 Orchard Drive, Wilton, ME 04294, by Tuesday, May 28. Anyone interested in becoming a member is invited to this meeting. Yearly dues of $10 will be collected at this time also.
After the monthly meeting, Marj Goodwin will show a slide presentation on “Memories of Stanwood Park,” which was a zoo and tea room back in the 1930s and 1940s. For more information, call 645-2067.
