Tractor-trailer mishap delays I-95 traffic

AUGUSTA — A tipped-over tractor-trailer delayed northbound traffic on the Maine Turnpike just after 1 p.m. Friday.

According to the Maine State Police, the accident caused no injuries and the tractor-trailer was removed.

The accident occurred around mile-marker 108 on Interstate 95.

At 2:28 p.m., a Kendall Street caller reported an assault.

3:50 p.m., a Spring Street caller reported criminal mischief.

7:08 p.m., a caller from MTC Enterprises LLC, Gage Street, reported a theft.

10:10 p.m., a Chapel Street caller reported theft.

12:05 a.m., a 28-year-old city resident was issued a summons on an assault charge after police were called to MaineGeneral Medical Center, East Chestnut Street.

1:58 a.m., a caller from Hellenic Way reported a domestic disturbance.

7:06 a.m., a Crosby Street caller reported theft.

At 11:27 a.m., juvenile offenses were reported on Highland Avenue.

3:08 p.m., a West Street caller reported a burglary.

At 4:16 p.m., a Pond Road caller reported suspicious activity.
