Cody R. Adams, 19, of New Sharon, operating under the influence and violating condition of release, both April 3 in Augusta; $700 fine, 180-day jail sentence all but seven days suspended, one year probation, three-year license and registration suspension.

William Lee Austin, 26, of Augusta, criminal trespass Jan. 30 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence.

Amanda Bechard, 28, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 8 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

Joshua J. Brashier, 33, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 24, 2011, in Randolph; $250 fine.

Matthew S. Carroll, 26, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 23, 2012, in Augusta; $200 fine.

Robin Cook Sr., 46, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked Feb. 8 in Litchfield; $250 fine.

Mathew J. Curtis, 38, of Readfield, allowing dog to be at large March 5, no town listed; $75 fine.

Ariell L. Halsey, 27, of Bath, operating while license suspended or revoked March 9 in Augusta; $500 fine, seven-day jail sentence.

Karl Kittredge, 29, of Augusta, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, April 16 and 17, 2010, both in Augusta; $300 in fines, $1,121.07 restitution.

Joshua G. MacDonald, 29, of Bowdoinham, theft by receiving stolen property Feb. 2 in Randolph; $200 fine, $244 restitution.

Virginia Marston, 27, of Monmouth, operating while license suspended or revoked April 14 in Litchfield; $250 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

Robbie Morang, 21, of Augusta, operating under the influence Feb. 16, no town listed; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Valerie Naiva, 47, of Augusta, protective order from harassment violation and violating condition of release, both May 1 in Augusta; 41-day jail sentence.

Daniel O. Pallis, 24, of Dresden, operating under the influence March 8 in Augusta; $700 fine, seven-day jail sentence, three-year license and registration suspension.

Joseph Robinson, 56, of Portland, failure to register vehicle April 11 in Gardiner; $100 fine.

Devon J. Spinicci, 22, of Monmouth, operating vehicle without a license (conditional/restricted) May 14, 2011, in Monmouth; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence.

Jessica R. Thibeault, 20, of Augusta, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, March 5 in Augusta; $350 fine.

James D. Tripp, 32, of Randolph, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Feb. 14 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

Colleen M. Valera, 35, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 20, 2012, in Gardiner; $250 fine.

Anthony J. Williams, 28, of Wiscasset and Augusta, two counts violating condition of release, April 28 and May 11, both in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.
