HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations Cohen Community Center will hold its fifth annual Healthy Aging Living and Learn Expo from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at the Cohen Center, 22 Town Farm Road.

There will be more than 30 vendors, free health and wellness events, workshops and product demonstrations.

A backyard barbecue will take place from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Breakfast will also be for sale. Menu items include egg and cheese and ham sandwiches, muffins, yogurt, fruit, grilled chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, hamburgers and cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken Caesar wraps, turkey bacon ranch wraps, red pepper humus and veggie wraps, pasta, potato salad, cookies, brownies, cream cheese and blueberry lemon bars. There will be door prizes, giveaways and a 50/50 cash raffle.

Free health and wellness events include spinal screenings, fall prevention and balance training, WiFit balance games, diabetic therapeutic shoe fittings, hand reflexology sessions, inner ear scans, posture analysis, mini massages, vision and blood pressure screenings and more.

Workshops include Baby Boomer Nutritional Need, Zumba Information and Demonstration and Medication Reminder System.
