STANDISH — Mackenzie Dufour of Augusta received the Physics Award at Saint Joseph’s College in Standish, given to a student for outstanding achievement in the study of physics.

Dufour is a junior pre-pharmacy major.

Estrada receives

Spartan Award

TAMPA, Fla. — Dorothy Estrada, of Farmingdale, Maine, recently received the Spartan Award at the annual Leadership Awards ceremony at The University of Tampa.

Estrada graduated from Hall-Dale High School in 2009 and is the daughter of Michael Estrada and Tammy Ralfe of Farmingdale, Maine. Estrada is an environmental science major.

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. — Margaret Jacques of Chelsea was recently recognized as a presidential scholar at the annual Honors Convocation at Merrimack College.
