Noah R. Bittner, 23, of Hallowell, fishing without a valid license April 22 in Manchester; $100 fine.

Kallie M. Bryant, 22, of Winthrop, attaching false plates April 13 in Winthrop; $100 fine.

Michael J. Bureau, 45, of Auburn, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, March 19 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

Jamie E. Dewar, 38, of Old Orchard Beach, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, April 6 in Winthrop; $350 fine.

Amanda Doody, 31, of Fairfield, failure to register vehicle and operating after registration suspended, both April 20 in China; $250 in fines.

Jacob A. Dunbar, 20, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, March 21, no town listed; $350 fine.

Gilbert Gagne, 46, of Mount Vernon, violating protective order March 11, 2012, in Readfield; 364-day jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation.
