Spectrum Generations, central Maine’s Area Agency on Aging, has upgraded the content of its website — www.spectrumgenerations.org — to make it easier for older and disabled adults, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to locate services and resources to live a healthier, more independent life.
The “What We Do” drop down menu offers information about Spectrum Generations’ programs and services, including the Meals on Wheels nutrition program, Family Caregiver and Adult Day Care programs and the Bridges Home Care division.
The “News and Events” drop down menu provides information about current and annual events; links to You Tube videos of current and back segments of Mature Lifestyle — Spectrum Generations’ monthly cable television show on Time Warner Cable Channel 9; scam alerts; current articles and more.
