* WomenHeart of Mid-Maine Support Network, 10-11:30 a.m. today, June 18, Medical Arts Conference Room. The group is for women living with or at risk of developing heart disease for support and inspiration.
The topic is “Talk with the Doc” — an opportunity to learn how to make the most of your time with your healthcare providers.

* Let’s Go! Family Fun Series June feature event, Healthy Hometowns Family Paddle on Messalonskee Stream, 10 a.m. Saturday, North Street Boat Landing. Rain date: Sunday.
Those who plan to attend can bring canoes or kayaks, or reserve one by emailing lauren@mainewsc.com (limited availability). Also, participants can have their Family Fun Series passport stamped or sign up for the Let’s Go! Family Fun Series to get a passport and register to win a $500 L.L. Bean gift card.
