FAYETTE — The Board of Selectmen will consider declaring a structure at 25 Maple Lane a dangerous building when the board meets 7 p.m. Monday at Starling Hall.

The board is scheduled to review options for repairing the public works grader, to accept a resignation from a Planning Board member, to update a draft community survey, and to consider a request from the Fayette ATV club regarding West Road, according to an agenda prepared by Town Manager Mark Robinson.

An executive session is also scheduled to discuss pending litigation regarding code enforcement, according to the agenda.
