WATERVILLE — Residents Tuesday will have an opportunity to comment on and ask questions about proposed changes to the city charter.
The public hearing will be 7 p.m. in the City Council chambers at The Center, 93 Main St., third floor.
The Charter Commission has worked several months on proposed changes to the charter, essentially a local constitution that governs how the city operates.
