CONCORD, N.H. — Home sales are up a little over 11 percent in New Hampshire compared to a year ago.
The New Hampshire Association of Realtors says sales for single-family homes in May are at an eight-year high.
Sale prices also have increased.
Statewide, the median sales price grew 5.3 percent year over year to $215,900.
