ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Stacey Francoeur, of Waterville, was named to the 2013 spring semester dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Francoeur is a fourth-year student in the information security and forensics program in RIT’s B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences.
