Winslow and Waterville Public Schools and Vassalboro Community School will participate in a summer meals program for children. Free breakfast and lunch will be offered to children 18 and younger through Friday, Aug. 9.

Children do not need to be enrolled or live in the towns listed. The only requirement is children be 18 or younger and meals must be eaten on site.

Meals will be offered Monday-Friday in Winslow Elementary School’s cafeteria. Breakfast will be available 8-8:30 a.m. Lunch will be at 11 a.m.-noon.

Meals will be offered Monday-Friday at the George J. Mitchell School, from 8-8:30 a.m., and 11:30 a.m.-noon; at the Waterville Public Library, 11:15 a.m.-11:45 a.m.; at North Street playground, 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m.; at the South End Teen Center, noon-12:30 p.m. and at the housing development on the Armory Road, 12:15 – 12:45 p.m.

Meals will be served daily at Vassalboro Community School 11-11:30 a.m and at the Old Mill parking area in North Vassalboro, noon-12:30 p.m. Breakfast will be available 8-8:30 a.m. at the school.
