HINCKLEY — A new volunteer museum internship program for students will begin at the L.C. Bates Museum this summer. Junior high and high school students interested in exploring museum work and/or natural history are invited to contact the museum to learn about the internship.
Student interns will work behind the scenes helping organize museum collections and exhibits or work offering tours for museum visitors. No experience is necessary, though an enthusiasm for natural science is a must. The museum will provide training.
