Walker Cooper, 19, of Chelsea, disorderly conduct, fighting Jan. 20 in Augusta; $400 fine.

Jeffrey Eaton, 30, of Chelsea, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, June 17 in Chelsea; three-day jail sentence, $10 fine.

Scott A. Everatt, 57, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Dec. 26, 2012, in Gardiner; $500 fine.

Jeffrey P. Grenier, 42, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked April 9 in Augusta; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence.

Jason Joseph, 30, of Chelsea, violating protective order April 10, no town listed; $300 fine.

Arthur F. Moore, 42, of Litchfield, cultivating marijuana and violating condition of release, both May 17 in Litchfield; $500 in fines.

Clifford Smith, 50, of Winthrop, domestic-violence assault May 17 in Winthrop; 364-day jail sentence, all but 21 days suspended, two years’ probation.

Mark E. Steele, 50, of Winthrop, operating a vehicle without a license and operating under the influence, both March 31 in Winthrop; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Michael Swanson, 51, of Augusta, attaching false plates March 18 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Daniel K. Thanem, 51, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 2 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence concurrent to a sentence in Penobscot County Superior Court.
