Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 8:46 a.m., Paul Burnham, 38, of High Street in Waterville was arrested on charges of violating conditions of his release and refusing to submit to an arrest on Main Street.

3:20 p.m., Patrick Poulin, 34, of Cottage Street in Fairfield, was arrested on charges of domestic-violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

4:23 p.m., Kevin Alan Miller, 50, of Clinton, was arrested on a warrant charge on Holt Road.

10:43 p.m., Amber Collman, 31, of Kelsey Street in Waterville, was arrested on a charge of domestic-violence assault on Kelsey Street.

Wednesday at 2:28 a.m., Marc Ouellette, 44, of Halifax Street in Winslow, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence on Water Street.
