8:45 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported at Regal Cinema on Marketplace Drive.
9:17 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Mount Vernon Avenue.
10:01 p.m., a 25-year-old Augusta man was charged with assault by police responding to a complaint on Monarch Drive.
10:38 p.m., there was an accident on Western Avenue.
10:58 p.m., theft was reported on Waterville Street.
11:12 p.m., theft was reported at the Big Apple on State Street.
Thursday
At 12 a.m., there was a report of a liquor law violation at MaineGeneral Medical Center on East Chestnut Street.
10:50 a.m., there was a report of an intoxicated person on Mount Vernon Avenue.
12:47 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire on Fowler Street after a man put a cardboard box on an electric stove. The box caught fire, but the man threw it out a window before it caused any damage. Firefighters were on scene less than 10 minutes.

5:59 p.m., a 65-year-old Winthrop man was charged with indecent conduct on Bowdoin Street.
10:02 p.m., there was a complaint involving an animal.

At 1:47 a.m., there was a report of a family fight.
10:05 a.m., there was a report of suspicious activity.
1:34 p.m., there was a report of a stray animal.
1:58 p.m., there was a report of property damage.
2:05 p.m., there was a report of criminal mischief.

At 4:30 p.m., James L. Wiggins, 43, of Fairfield, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police responding to a traffic complaint on Civic Center Drive.
8:31 p.m., Bertha A. Rideout, 65, of Gardiner, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police responding to a traffic complaint on Crosby Street Place.
Thursday
At 10:36 a.m., Arnold Lester Craney, 44, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct by police responding to a complaint near the Eagles Club on Water Street. An hour earlier, police responding to a report of an intoxicated person at the same location had charged Craney with sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
