Tracy Emerson, 47, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Dec. 15, 2012, in Hallowell; $250 fine.

Denvor Ferland, 21, of Augusta, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both July 15 in Chelsea; 180-day jail sentence all but 48 days suspended, one-year administrative release, $100 restitution.
