John D. Eggleton IV, 45, Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, July 12, 2011, in Skowhegan; two-year sentence to the Department of Corrections.

Jayson A. Greene, 23, St. Albans, burglary, July 18, 2010, in Cambridge; 90-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Douglas W. Hanson, 37, Mount Vernon, Two charges of violating a condition of release, both Nov. 3, 2012 in Smithfield; both dismissed. Two charges of theft by deception-priors, both Nov. 3, 2012, both in Smithfield; both dismissed.

Marcus A. Moody, 27, Madison, burglary, Dec. 29, 2007, in Madison; 20 months with the Department of Corrections, probation partially revoked.

Gregory A. Pratt, 29, Skowhegan, OUI-no test, one prior, May 14, 2012, in Madison; $900 fine, 12-day jail sentence, three-year license suspension. Refusing to sign a criminal summons, May 14, 2012, in Madison; 24-hour jail sentence.
