STARKS — A public forum, “Public Exposure: DNA, Democracy and the Wireless Revolution,” will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday at United in Christ Presbyterian Church, 7 Locke Hill Road. A presentation by Dr. Dustn Sulak will follow. The program will conclude with a community discussion period.
