WILTON — The contest winners for the Blueberry Bake Off and Chili Contest for Wilton’s 31st annual Blueberry Festival have been announced.
The blueberry bake off winners in the adult category:
Best of Show: Elizabeth Crockett
Breakfast items: Elizabeth Crockett, first place; Rebekah Karkos, second; and Alana Ladd, third.
Dessert: Susan Withrow, first; Melissa Griffin, second, and Connie Ryan, third.
Main Dish: Rebekah Karkos, first.
Miscellaneous entrees: Susan Withrow, first; and Reekah Karkos, second.
Winners for age 15 and younger category:
Best of Show: Brookelyn Lehto.
Breakfast item: Molly Grant, first.
Dessert: Brookelyn Lehto, first; Kaili Grant, second; and Bree Griffin, third.
Main Dish: Nathanael Grant, first.
Miscellaneous entrees: Laci Grant, first; Krysta Krebs, second; and Ivy Grant, third.
The chili contest winners:
Best of Show: Eric Soaps; Vaness Smith, first, Michelle Maxham, second, and Arthur LaPlante Jr., third.
The judges for the blueberry bake off were Karri Dwyer, Missy Underwood, Katrina Fay and Doug Saunders. The chili contest judges were Ed Baxter, Jen Pageot and Alyssa Danforth.
