Angela Hopkins, 32, was charged with operating after suspension two times in less than an hour. A police report indicates Hopkins was initially pulled over for speeding in the Hannaford parking lot off Windsor Road. Troopers allowed Hopkins to park the car and seek a ride, but about 30 minutes later she was spotted driving a different vehicle on Windsor Road. Hopkins was again charged with operating after suspension and the car was towed.

Lunt’s mother, Lillian Carver, 57, was issued a summons charging her with permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
