FAIRFIELD — Saturday about 1:30 a.m., a Fairfield police officer found a fishing pole and reel near the pond on Industrial Road.
They are being held at the police station until the owner claims them, police said.
Those who think the found equipment might belong to them are asked to call the station at 453-9321.
