SKOWHEGAN — Literacy Volunteers of Franklin and Somerset counties will offer a tutor training course at the Somerset Cooperative Extension Office. The nine-hour class will be held 5-8 p.m. Oct. 3 and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 5.
